FSWD: Identidad y Territorio mostrará en Gijón la potencia y amplitud del diseño español
La exposición sobre diseño español promovida por la Red Española de Asociaciones de Diseño llega a Gijón en poco menos de un mes, del 30 de junio al 11 de noviembre de 2023.

Este mes cambiamos de eje temático y nos fijamos en Intersecciones, ese punto de encuentro entre diseño, arte, artesanía y proyectos personales de diseñadores y diseñadoras. Es ahí donde encontramos Tótem, un mortero firma del artista y diseñador vasco afincado en Barcelona Martín Azúa.

LA SIESTA
Among the pieces in the ‘Identity and Territory’ axis of ‘From Spain With Design’ we find La Siesta, a work by Héctor Serrano, Alberto Martínez and Racky Martínez. It is a terracotta pot that can be used as a bottle or a jar and combines the appearance of the plastic water bottle and the traditional botijo with the quality of keeping water cold even in direct sunlight.

Este mes la pieza seleccionada es una colección de libros de poesía que se incorporaron a la exposición desde la itinerancia de Badajoz, en el MEIAC.

We continue our monthly section with EDUARDO DEL FRAILE, a multidisciplinary designer present at ‘From Spain With Design: Identity and Territory’ with the packaging piece for the SOSO flower of salt, which was incorporated from the itinerancy in Murcia. Please remember that if you have not yet seen the exhibition, you can do so at the MEAIC in Badajoz until 12 March.
