Lattice Castello

Descripción: Primera pantalla de cerámica creada para HARMONY por el estudio de diseño Dsignio. El aspecto único de cada una de sus baldosas se inspira en las aberturas defensivas de los muros de los castillos medievales. Como la abertura de cada baldosa está descentrada y fuera del eje, las baldosas pueden colocarse en ocho posiciones diferentes, lo que permite crear grandes pantallas sin repeticiones aparentes. A través de planos colocados en ángulos diferentes, se desencadena un fascinante juego con los diferentes matices de la luz y la sombra. Cuando la luz atraviesa las aberturas, se crea un juego adicional en forma de múltiples rectángulos de luz reflejados aleatoriamente. CASTELLO está disponible en tres colores. / Description: First ceramic lattice we created for Harmony. The defensive windows of medieval castles have been the source of inspiration to create a very particular piece with which to form the lattice. The opening of the piece is offset both in the front view and in the depth, which allows it to have eight placement positions. In this way, large surfaces can be created without appreciating repetitions. The different planes of the ceramic piece acquire different shades with the lights and shadows. Direct light passes through the gaps and is projected on the other side of the lattice, forming multiple and random rectangles of light. The manufacture of CASTELLO is completely handmade. It has three different finishes to adapt to different environments. It can be white, dark gray or terracotta.
